Hello, everybody. And welcome to another episode. I'm so excited about today's guest. Hi, Sophia. Welcome to the podcast.

I'm so excited to be here.

Me too. I can't wait to dive in all things energy. Um, can you start by introducing yourself, letting people know kind of how your journey started and, um, how you became who you are today?

absolutely. So I am an energy worker, founder of Sophia Adler Wellness. I'm also an astrologer, um, and I am really passionate about helping people heal through connection. And when I say that, I mean to ourselves, connection to each other, connection to the earth, connection to the universe. I love helping people remember there's something going on here, right? We are not alone on this journey in life, um, and a lot of issues that people struggle with comes from this disconnection, excuse me, to self disconnection to their souls. I have a very varied background. So I, uh, Have a master's in psychology and education from Teachers College at Columbia University with a specialization in mind body practice.

I'm a meditation teacher. I practice a slew of different energy modalities, the emotion code, Reiki, a really cool practice called integrative energy mapping. And of course, um, I'm a trained astrologer. So that combined with my background as a human, I'm a born and bred New Yorker. Um, I played division one sports in college. I'm very, it's no longer my way of life, gratefully, but I'm very familiar with a do more, be more, achieve more way of living. So I tend to work with people who are practical and ambitious, but also very spiritually curious.
