Robin Jonas is a former educator, a mom of 2 beautiful girls who inspired her to go on this journey and
a wife to Darren who supports her vision to impact other women's lives . Over the last 20 years she has been learning, shifting, and growing which has led her to create a healthier balanced lifestyle for her family.
Robin went back to school to blend her education background with her passion for health and wellness.
Creating small shifts that lead to sustainable habits is what helps her clients gain the best results. She encourages her clients to focus on self-care, sleep, mindset, whole foods, plates filled with color, healthy swaps, and movement that brings joy.
