Sara Broyles is a certified yoga instructor, distance runner, writer, and communications consultant. She is a Bay Area native who now calls Los Angeles home. Sara is passionate about all things wellness and fitness and helping herself and others find balance with 9-5 jobs and wellness and fitness pursuits. Sara is a certified yoga instructor and loves guiding students through energizing vinyasa flows and grounding restorative yoga. She is equally passionate about the spiritual side of yoga and enjoys chanting kirtan, meditating, and practicing breathwork. As a distance runner, Sara has completed nine half marathons and four full marathons, and is currently training for her fifth. She is a big believer and proponent of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic health practices and incorporates these modalities in her life to achieve optimal health in body, soul, and mind.
